My First Post

Welcome to Adept ML. This is a web-site I made to write about various topics in machine learning.

The name of the website refers to the ADEPT learning method which I was first introduced to through the fabulous writings on this Better Explained article.

Furthermore, I was recently listening to this podcast from the Art of Manliness which talked about the benefits of a classical education. A concept there was how a classical education involved:

• breaking down a subject into its constituent grammar
• learning the inter-relationships between those grammatical constructs
• finally using them to critically evaluate and propose extensions to the subject.

The hope of this blog is to present, in as simple a way as possible, the grammar of machine learning and to further my own intuition for these concepts.
